The Document Delivery/Interlibrary Loan Department exhausts every avenue to supply what is requested in the shortest time possible.

Interlibrary Loan times depend on a lot of factors, and a quick return on your materials relies on you providing a complete citation in your request.  This time period can range from only a few hours to days. However, some resources may never be procurable, if there is not an available loaning library or if those that do own consider the materials non-circulating. We suggest you request Interlibrary Loan materials early and often.

I hope this information will be helpful to you!
