The best resources for the linguistic area of articulation would be located in the subject guide for Communication Disorders.  You can find this by going to the library's website and under the Find Information tab, click Find Resources by Subject.  You will see Communication Disorders listed here.  When you open this page, it will give you a list of databases and journals.  I would start with CINAHL.  Under the limit your results tab, you can click the box Scholarly Articles to find resources from a peer reviewed journal and also limit it only to Full-text items.
