Q. I received an email that the article I requested via the interlibrary loan is in, I can't find where to put the PIN I was given.

You should have been provieded a URL to click on.  Once you click on it, you would enter the PIN that was provided.  If it still does not work, get in touch with our interlibrary loan department.
