Candice, are you sure you are looking for 2013 and not 2014?

Use the Full Tex Finder from the Library's Web page:

Enter the title of the journal, not the abbreviation and run the search.

That should take you to the journals' home page. Look on the left and you will see a listing of the years. Click on 2013. Then click on the issue you want. Scan down the table of contents and you will see an article but it is for 2014.
